Launching Your Loyalty Program In 48 Hours
Thank you for your customization information. In a few minutes we will start to craft your loyalty program based on the information you gave us. Here are the steps we will go through in the next 1-2 business days as we launch your loyalty program:
1. Setup
It takes us about 24 hours to craft a program (images, promotions, contact info, etc). Once it is ready we will send you an email with links and instructions on the next steps.
2. Familiarize Yourself With The App
Using links in the email download the app and login using your cell number. Inside the app are videos which explain how to use the app. After watching the videos you will be able use the Drive Perks app to add and manage customers in your loyalty program. If you have questions our FAQ and support are one tap away from inside the app.
3. Add Employees
Let us know any additional employees you want to add. We will send all your employees the training information to download and start using the app.
4. Launch
You can now start adding members to your loyalty program. We recommend you add every new customer during check-out. After taking the 2 minutes to add a member they will receive a steady sequence of messages and coupons that encourage them to provide referrals, reviews and repeat business.
