We do referrals better. We give your customers Friends and Family coupons to share. Which they are more willing to share. Lead Nurturing Groups

Drive Perks Lead Nurturing Groups
Once a customer shares a Friends and Family coupon that person’s contact information is automatically sent to your Drive Perks Cloud and they are added as a member and put in the Referral group. The next day they receive a personalized text message from your dealership asking when they plan on purchasing. If they respond we recommend you move them to the Qualified Lead group, if they don’t respond they will receive a sequence of messages designed to create a conversation and to remind them about the Friends and Family coupon they received.
A Qualified Lead is anyone who has an anticipated purchase date and you believe if you got them to visit you could sell them a car. So in addition to referrals, you can also add potential customers who visit your dealership but don’t buy. On the anticipated purchase date that you set these leads will receive a sequence of text messages meant to spark a conversation. If they respond, your sales team can easily use their Drive Perks app in Employee Mode to respond back to the lead. Qualified Leads also get a Foot Traffic Coupon, which can only be picked up at your dealership. This gives your team a chance to close them face to face.
Once a customer buys a car they become a tremendous resource for referrals, reviews and repeat business. As a member of this group a customer will receive a sequence of messages designed to remind and encourage them to share their Friends and Family coupons and leave a positive review. Starting at their 2nd year anniversary and continuing in their 3rd and 4th year anniversaries they will receive Foot Traffic Coupons. These are designed to build a relationship of appreciation between you and your existing customers and give you the opportunity to get face to face time and potentially even sell them a new car.
