What is Drive Perks?

Drive Perks is a loyalty and rewards program which allows customers to participate in your marketing while receiving points and prizes.

When should customers download the app?

During checkout. This is a great thing to do to keep them engaged while you are doing paperwork.

Should customers agree to receive messages?

Yes, they will only get 5 messages the first month and then a message on their annual anniversaries or if they win a contest.

What is the Potential Buyer Group?

When a potential buyer visits your dealership use the Employee Control panel in the app to add them to your Loyalty Cloud as a member of the Potential Buyer group. They will then automatically get an Insiders Buying Guide PDF. This will do two things. First, it increase the likelihood of a sale because it provides an easy to follow process and it builds trust. Second, it will significantly increase the number of referrals the customer will provide after they purchase (The Insiders Guide is a big part of our Referral Share Kit so if they used it to buy a car they will be more likely to share it with friends).
